Zannatul Bakiya Keka is an award-winning Bangladeshi journalist, writer, research fellow, and poet with over two decades of experience in media and storytelling. She currently serves as a Special Correspondent at Channel i, where she has been contributing since 2004. Her reporting covers crime, law and justice, politics, environment, climate change, disaster management, and public health, establishing her as a trusted voice in journalism. She is widely recognized as a pioneer in health journalism in Bangladesh. She began her career in 2002 with Manabzamin after completing her Master’s in Mass Communication and Journalism from the University of Rajshahi. Her work focuses on women and children’s issues, along with impactful reporting that advances public awareness. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she authored “CORONA Era, Bangladesh: A Journalist’s Eyewitness,” offering critical insights into health systems and governance. She is also the author of “The Thought of Bangabandhu – Women Development and Health Care Management” and “Seven Decades of Language Movement – Knowhow and Beyond” (2024). Her contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the UNFPA Award (2005), UNICEF Mina Media Award (2012), Unity-DRIU Media Award (2015), and Family Planning Media Award (2021). She has also participated in international workshops across the USA, Thailand, and Canada. Through her journalism, research, and writing, she continues to inform, inspire, and contribute to meaningful social impact.

In addition, the book "Sat Daska Jana Ajanana" (The Unknowns of the Language Movement), which has been recognized as a historical document from the perspective of the language movement, has gained acceptance.
